Ilona is an entrepreneur, Chief People Officer at Kilo Health, Venture Partner, and the Head of Kilo Health’s co-found startup accelerator. During the last 2 years, she focused on helping entrepreneurs develop multiple successful startups and shared her experience in the Business Consulting School and other educational institutions. She has worked in one of the Big 4 companies for 9 years and has organized international congresses with thousands of participants and a budget of 2 million euros. Over the last 6 years, she has worked in more than 20 countries, including Singapore, Peru, Thailand, Indonesia, Chile, the United Kingdom, and France.
