Justina is the founder and Managing Partner of the Innovation consultancy company Future Leadership, founder and organizer of the Health Tech acceleration program, a board member at Innovation Agency and  a co-founder at Alter State initiative, lector at ISM University of Management and Economics, and the University of Iceland. 

Justina has more than 10 years of experience in leading diverse teams and spends hundreds of hours every year consulting and running innovation strategy sessions, acceleration programs, labs, hackathons, and sprints. Her focus areas are innovation development processes, strategy, innovation culture implementation within the companies, and startup development. Justina is an advocate of women's empowerment. She developed the idea and organized the First Women Innovation sprint in Lithuania. She is an active participant in social initiatives, a mentor, and an expert in various projects.
