Tony joined the company as one of the first employees and launched Wolt’s food delivery from scratch. He opened up the first operational hubs in Estonia, Finland and Sweden before moving to a launcher role. After having Wolt's operations in a scalable state, he moved to a Launcher role to expand Wolt internationally into more than 10 countries and scaled up his expansion team. He has seen it all, the bad the good and the ugly of expanding internationally!
