Gintare is The CEO of Unicorns Lithuania - the startup association with a mission to create a supportive community that provides the resources, connections, and inspiration needed for startups to scale and succeed globally. Gintare has over 15 years of business consulting experience across private, government, and non-profit sectors in Australia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

Prior to her role at the association, she was the VP of Global Growth and Head of Technology Sector at Invest Lithuania, with the aim to attract international companies to set up their operations here. Her expertise includes the development of foreign direct investment attraction strategies for technology-driven sectors and driving recommendations for economic and innovation policy improvement.

Gintarė was the founder and the President of the Australian Lithuanian Business Council which was established in 2015 in Melbourne. She has also been a long-time Business Adviser at the Global Lithuanian Leaders network as well as acceleration mentor for startups. Gintarė holds and MBA degree with Major in International Trade from Victoria University, Melbourne, and a BBA degree from Vilnius Tech University.
