Kaan Eren is an Investment Manager at 500 Emerging Europe, leading the proactive deal sourcing, screening and due diligence efforts with a mandate of investing in early-stage teams across Turkey & Eastern Europe. Kaan holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Prior to joining 500 Startups, Kaan was an Investment Banking Vice President at Ünlü&Co, where he played an instrumental role in advising landmark deals with total transaction value exceeding $2.5B, including the largest Turkish IPO and infrastructure deal of the last decade.

More recently, had been responsible for Ünlü&Co’s origination & execution efforts in the technology space advising local companies as well as multinational players especially within the Gaming industry.
