Andra Bagdonaitė is a Partner and Co-Founder at FIRSTPICK, a high-speed VC fund and accelerator backing tech startups across the Baltics. As a first-check investor, she focuses on early-stage (Pre-Seed and Seed) companies in B2B SaaS, Fintech, marketplaces, and deep tech - partnering with visionary founders to build category-defining startups with global potential. Before launching FIRSTPICK in 2022, Andra led investments at Startup Wise Guys, one of Europe’s top accelerators. Over the past decade, she’s played an active role in growing the Baltic startup ecosystem - backing bold founders and driving early-stage investments. Outside of venture, she’s passionate about diversity, longevity, travel, and art.
