Augustė Brukštutė started out running a UX/UI and development agency and is now building Alcemi. In her early twenties, she’s leading a team that’s rethinking e-commerce by replacing generic online shopping with AI that feels personal and human—no more endless scrolling.

Her goal is to make technology feel like a natural extension of the mind. Augustė is part of a new wave of founders building with an AI-first mindset, showing that you don’t need years of experience to change an industry—just a strong vision and the drive to make it real.
