Daina Kleponė

Daina Kleponė is a researcher, lecturer, and doctoral candidate in economics at Vilnius Tech University, Lithuania. She serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Development Bank ILTE, which provides state financing and develops financial instruments to support businesses in Lithuania.

With over 30 years of experience in strategic management roles across international retail, financial services, and manufacturing sectors, her research focuses on cross-cultural management, international business development, business ecosystems, startups and their impact on national economies, public policy, and entrepreneurship support.
