Gražina Mykolaitytė

Gražina Mykolaitytė is the CEO and Co-Founder of VUGENE, a Lithuanian–US bioinformatics startup building a scalable multi-omics analysis platform that turns complex biomedical data into actionable insights. She currently focuses on product development, AI-assisted analysis pipelines, and expanding VUGENE’s footprint across the US and EU with biotech and pharma partners.

An active contributor to Lithuania’s biotech ecosystem, she focuses on productizing multi-omics analytics—standardizing workflows, improving reproducibility, and cutting time-to-insight for R&D teams. Beyond VUGENE, Gražina serves on the board of the LithuaniaBIO Association and brings long-term, cross-sector leadership to the startup and life sciences communities.
