Justinas Balčiūnas, MD, is the Co-founder and COO of Ligence, a medical AI startup transforming cardiac ultrasound with automation and precision. He leads Ligence’s U.S. expansion and strategic partnerships, drawing on his background in healthtech, AI integration, and regulatory strategy.

Previously, he worked at Bayer AG, supporting digital health startups and evaluating cardiovascular business opportunities. Justinas is passionate about the intersection of AI, somatic, and mental health.
