Oksana Rybalchenko

CEO at UTU

Oksana Rybalkenko is the CEO of the startup company UTU, which is pioneering the use of 3D printing in the construction industry. The company develops innovative 3D printers and specialized software, and has already completed its first 3D-printed house in Irpin, built for the family of a fallen Ukrainian soldier.

She brings nearly 20 years of experience in business transformation, project management, finance, and innovation. Her professional background includes serving as CFO of a construction division and later as Transformation Director at MHP, a leading Ukrainian agroholding. Under her leadership, she has successfully delivered more than 20 transformation and automation projects across various domains, including production, construction, sales, procurement, finance, and analytics, as well as approximately 10 projects focused on business evaluation and company building from the ground up.

Since joining UTU six months ago, Oksana has gained firsthand insight into the challenges and dynamics of working in a startup environment. She emphasizes the critical importance of collaboration among startups, support from donors and investors, and the exchange of knowledge for sustainable growth and resilience.
