Reet Kaurit is an entrepreneur and talent expert driven by one belief — even the most brilliant ideas need the right people to bring them to life.

After building her experience in tech recruitment at Wise and leading HR strategy at Mooncascade, she co-founded TalentHub — a startup-minded recruitment agency helping Europe’s boldest growth companies hire smarter and more personally. With hubs in Estonia and Lithuania, TalentHub partners with some of Europe’s most innovative startups — including Pactum, Arbonics, and Montonio — helping them scale with intention and heart.

Reet also co-hosts the TalentHub Podcast, where she explores stories of growth, leadership, and culture with founders and people leaders across the region.

Beyond her business, she is passionate about education — volunteering through Edumus to teach psychology, HR, and entrepreneurship in Estonian schools, inspiring students to think differently about work and purpose.
