Stasys Drazdauskas

Stasys Drazdauskas leads the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector group at Attorneys at Law Sorainen in Lithuania, guiding a cross-disciplinary team focused on advising clients in tech, media, communications, and entertainment. His core expertise lies in IT law, including digital services regulation, cybersecurity, and complex IT transactions such as cloud agreements and tailored contracts.

He also specializes in intellectual property and data protection, often advising at the intersection of these areas. When disputes arise, he represents clients in litigation, mainly in IP and IT matters.

In parallel with his legal practice, Stasys teaches contract law, e-commerce, and the law of obligations at Vilnius University, bringing academic insight into his day-to-day work.
