Vanda Alwast formerly led an arm of a prominent US-based non-profit and co-founded a successful music EdTech before transitioning into venture. She also led go-to-market operations for tech scale-ups in Lithuania, Poland, and Germany. Committed to strengthening the Baltic venture ecosystem, she joined Iron Wolf Capital to support home-grown startups at the intersection of AI and deep tech. She also oversees IWC’s Poland strategy and ESG operations.
