Yana Hulak

As the International Projects Lead at the Ukrainian Startup Fund (Innovation Development Fund, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine), Yana Hulak supports Ukrainian startups in expanding globally and creates international opportunities for Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem. She oversees national pavilions and delegations at major global tech events — including the AI Summit in New York, Web Summit in Lisbon, and Viva Technology in Paris — where Ukrainian founders present their solutions, engage with investors, and gain international visibility.
